For those producers who leverage our “Policy Review” system, we automatically send emails to their clients—with the producer's email signature and the branding logo of their firm—around the policy anniversary date. These emails invite the clients to review their current DI coverage and enter their updated income to see if they qualify for more income protection. The result has been not only increased sales but also richer client interactions.

Just last week, a couple producers called me excitedly after a client used the system. The client had received an email, entered their income, and learned they qualified for more coverage. Then, the producer received a notification with the client's current DI policy, their income, and the increased benefit they qualified for. It even indicated that the client was expecting a follow-up call. There was an option for clients to select “I want my advisor to call me” or to fill out a pre-application questionnaire and start the application process on their own. By completing the online pre-application questionnaire, clients can get things started independently, which helps streamline the process and enhances their overall experience.

With that information, the producer contacted me to discuss the next steps. I then provided a quote and outlined the process.
