As a Director of Hunken Ewing Financial Group, Milo is responsible to establish relationships with a diverse level of producers and educate them on the Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance solutions within The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (GLIC) portfolio. He assists with case preparation, training, underwriting, and advocacy of our protection-first methodology to all the firm’s stakeholders. Always forward looking, he will continue to grow, establish, and maintain the various advisor and broker relationships of the firm.
Milo started his career as a Financial Representative at HEFG, where he worked closely with successful business owners and individuals to create comprehensive strategies for protecting and building their wealth. He has received the prestigious Client Builder Award – Diamond for fast-start Financial Representatives within the GLIC career network and earned the Disability Income Associate (DIA) designation from the AHIP trade organization.
Born and raised in Serbia, Milo graduated from the University of Belgrade with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. He moved to the United States to pursue career opportunities and support his family and community.
Outside the office, Milo is active in the Chicago community. He volunteers at Serbian events and serves on the Board of Directors at Skokie Chamber of Commerce, where he promotes member businesses and contributes to the village's economic development. He is also involved with the Young Advisor Team Committee of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), supporting the growth of young advisors and applying industry knowledge to his practice.
In his free time, Milo enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing tennis, skiing, boxing, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines to inspire his culinary skills.
